The real menu of the restaurant depends on several things. First of all, this is a song - a song of the soul, when you want to sing what you have a soul. The emphasis here is on the word "want". So we came to the new city and really wanted to show what delicious dishes we cook.

Secondly, the real menu of the restaurant should be frank. Of course, there are many subtleties in the preparation of each dish. And it doesn't always turn out exactly the way you want. But we have to be honest with ourselves, or admit that something is wrong with the menu and need to change, and to the client who may not like such a menu or dish, or if he criticizes. The key word here is "be honest."

The third important thing for the creation and existence of a beautiful, tasty and successful menu is the technical conditions or opportunities. For example, if possible, we would expand our menu with additional delicious dishes if we had a tandoor and barbecue. But our kitchen is currently so small that there is no place or technical equipment for that at the moment. What really gives hope in the event of such conditions, to change the menu again and delight gourmets and friends of the institution with new delicious dishes from the updated menu.

The fourth component in a delicious menu is a person. In principle, we cook all our dishes ourselves. But we are always helped by professional chefs with golden hands and a sincere heart. Yes, it is through the state of mind and mood that the taste is transmitted to each individual dish on the menu. And if such a menu is made with the soul, then the other person who will taste the dishes of the menu will be satisfied. The key word here: bring happiness (through the right menu :) .

Can the menu be called delicious? I do not argue about the tastes, especially when it comes to the entire menu of the institution. We are attracted to traditions and we cannot be called author's cuisine. Each dish in our menu has its own feature. We can prepare a traditional lagman and add to it a special vegetable soup (with / without meat). Almost the same as it was a thousand years before us. We try to do something different from the menu and most importantly delicious, so that people come to us at least for the second - third time. And this will be a great advantage for us!
